Raise prices and lessen availability

The Problem

Underage drinking, and the availability to parents and other adults.

The Solution

Since education is not convincing people to change their habits in the battle against underage drinking, we need to take a different route. We could raise the price of alcopops (such as UDL), or possibly get rid of them altogether. We could dilute the alcohol in these alcopops. You could also make people sign a contract at the checkout which states that you are not going to give the alcohol to underage people. If the contract is broken, the penalties for providing alcohol for underage people, (if caught) doubles.
